  Payment and Cancellation Policy
  Payment must be made online or by *check and received no later than March 18 to secure registration. Registrations without timely payment will not be considered confirmed.
  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to TxPALTA@gmail.com no later than 5:00 PM on March 18 to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this deadline, regardless of circumstance.
  Registrants who fail to submit payment and do not submit a written cancellation request by the March 18 deadline will be classified as a No Show and will be financially responsible for the full registration fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the registrant will be permitted to attend or register for any future PALTA events.
